Chronic Stress Increases Heart Disease

Recently there was an article in a Las Vegas paper about new research in England which indicates that chronic stress along with other risk factors and push heart disease by 68%. Keith Boman, a cardiologist says there is not a direct link between stress and heart disease but it can lead to other unhealthy habits. Clearly, stress affects different people differently but the fact that it could increase your risks of heart related problems is a good reason to get stress under control.
