It can be hard to keep a routine of good health. Here are some simple and quick techniques for maintaining your health. Most days of the week yo should be doing 30 minutes of cardio, if you can’t do 30, talk a 10 minute walk just to get the blood flowing or take the stairs instead of the elevator. Eat five to nine servings of fruits and vegetables a day. Dried or frozen fruits are easy to have on hand at home or work. Get at least seven hours of sleep. If you are deprived of sleep taking a cat nap in the afternoon or after work can help revive you. Have a healthy breakfast every morning, it will give you energy to start your morning and sustain you until lunchtime. These are just a few things you can do to keep your well being on track.
