Night Noises Are Said to Boost Blood Pressure

A study found in the European Heart Journal shows that noises happening at night during sleep can increase blood pressure. Sounds like airplanes overhead, a passing car or someone snoring next to you can be culprits. If you find that these sounds happen where you are when sleeping at night, try using earplugs to drowned out the sounds or try some relaxing music that may masks harmful affecting sounds.
