Eating fish twice a week can reduce your risk and boost your immune system. If you’re not a fan of eating fish you can add flaxseed or fish oil to your diet. You can find flaxseed at most natural food stores. To get the best absorption the seeds need to be broken. You can run them through a grinder or blender to break them up. You can take fish oil supplements to get those omegas. You may want to talk to your doctor about with oils would work best for you.
I use ground flax seed during breakfast and sprinkle ‘em over my cereal. The Omega 3 EFAs endeavor a regulating action on the cardiovascular system by balancing HDL and LDL cholesterol to healthy levels. This way, flax seed is a heart healthy supplement. — steve
