Hi Melanie,

We agree, thanks for sharing. The Resperate is a great tool for training quick effective relaxation in addition to the benefit of lowering blood pressure. Most people don't know that the Resperate has been FDA approved for stress management as well as blood pressure reduction. I routinely recommend it to individuals that have problems with anxiety since it effectively reduces feelings of panic and anxiety.

I have the pleasure of using the Resperate for fifteen minutes prior to my neuro biofeedback sessions. It helps me transition from the get-up-and-go of everyday activities to calm and prepare me for the neurotherapy. I feel more relaxed and aware of my body and breath. I highly recommend it and would use it every day if I had one of my own!

There is no particular reason not to use the Resperate when with a pacemaker, however you should check with your doctor. While this device has been cleared by the FDA for lowering blood pressure as well as stress management, unless the device has been specifically tested with a particular medical condition it is important to discuss it with your physician before beginning.
