I read an article about a study done on teenagers that found more than half of the 57 boys and girls tested had high blood pressure. The study says that it’s linked to high sodium foods, fast food and and lack of fruits and vegetables. The study showed a significant drop in blood pressure when the children were eating low-fat dairy, fruits and vegetables. Maybe it’s time to cut the fast food and enroll your children in helping plan healthy meals to keep their blood pressure at bay.
